We liked the new 2 bedroom 1.5 bath floorplan design at Robinson Circle so much that we have built them again - of course, with a twist - we've decided to allow small to medium size dogs to happily inhabit a home in Alpha's world. One of the floorplan special features is the location of the washer and dryer - in our home, we have the washer and dryer on the same floor as the bedrooms and I learned, first hand, the convenience of not hauling the laundry up and down the stairs - if you think about it, most of the laundry is created in the bedroom/full bath area -- dirty clothes, sheets and towels. It is so much easier to put the clean laundry away when you don't have to carry it upstairs first! The other facet of this floor plan that I am so pleased with is the eat in kitchen with a pantry. I dearly love my pantry at home and we have been trying to figure out a way to have them in the rental units and our team has put a kitchen together that has the pantry and an area large enough for you to have a table and chairs. These townhomes will have all of our usual Alpha trademark design elements -- ceiling fans, ceramic tile kitchen and bath floors, baths on both levels - the full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs - a patio, mini blinds, energy efficient construction, spacious rooms, lots of storage space, and private fenced backyard area. Now for the fine print about cats and dogs.
1) there are pet rules that you must agree to before a cat or dog can be moved in. These pet rules limit size, require proof of vaccinations, specify acceptable pet and owner behaviors, list insurance and license requirements and stain removal requirements.
2) Additional rent is required each month for the pet.
Per CAT or DOG under 15 LBS $20.00 per month additional rent.
Per DOG 15-30 LBS $30 per month additional rent.
Per DOG 31-40 LBS $40 per month additional rent. 3) Carpet cleaning and flea spraying are required.
4) Proof of Liability insurance is also required.
