This is a prototype loft style apartment that was built at Jaros Lane - there is one and only one available there. We liked the plan so much we built it again in our complex at Robinson Circle, which is near the Carbondale Clinic. The loft is a very dramatic design ñ the bedroom is quite large with a walk in closet. The wall facing the front of the loft is partially open, giving a view of the downstairs. Due to the angle of view, it is not possible to see into the bedroom from the living room - helping to preserve privacy for the upstairs bedroom. The bedroom has an airy, spacious feel. The full bath is located upstairs next to the bedroom. As you can probably tell, the bedroom area is my favorite room in the loft. The downstairs of the loft has a large living room, eat in kitchen and half bath ñ great for guests to use while visiting. The loft has ceramic tile floors in the entry, kitchen and baths. The cabinets are light oak; the countertops are white. The appliances provided are refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and full size washer and dryer.
